We can accept anyone living within the practice boundary as a permanent, temporary or immediate necessary patient. In order to register with the Practice as a permanent patient you should bring your medical card if you have one. You may be asked to register with a particular doctor at the time, but you can see either doctor for consultations. All newly registered patients will be invited for an introductory health check with the practice nurse/health care assistant. This will enable us to get to know you and your medical history. If you have any medical condition that requires immediate attention an appointment will be arranged for you to see the doctor. If the practice is not able to register you (as does happen in some cases), you will be informed in writing with the reason for refusal.
